Today’s Processing Platform Traffic Report – No current incidents to report


9/6/2024  11:56 am EDT – No further timeouts have been observed and this incident has been marked Resolved. 

9/6/2024  10:51 am EDT – There have been no new timeouts since 9:58 am EDT. Engineers are continuing to monitor.

9/6/2024  10:11 am EDT – Engineers have identified, and are continuing to monitor, intermittent request timeouts processing Credit Card transactions with the TSYS (Transfirst) processor. The most recent errors occurred between 9:56 am EDT and 9:58 am EDT.
We will continue to post updates as they become available.
